Customer service is app@sailwithdan.app. Include what you expected, what happened, and the app version if you have it.
From the app
Help or feedback inside the app sends your name, email, and message, plus the app version and language, only so we can answer you.
Purchases
Trials, subscriptions, renewals, and cancellations are handled by the App Store. Card details never reach the app or this site. A receipt cannot be looked up from here.
